If you are having trouble connecting to the server for some reason try this first...

On the left side where the white boxes are, the top box is your server connection.

click on it to open the server window.

in the window type one of the three following until it connects

/server irc2.karaokeheaven.net

/server 209.133.11.217

If you still cant get in, add karaokeheaven@hotmail.com to you facebook and leave message.
